Update your name, phone number, email, address, and work information on the Personal Information page in My Settings.
Here is how to do it:
- Log in your Salesforce account.
- Click your account picture on the top right corner, then click "Settings".
- Click the "Personal Information" option on the left side menu.
- Make changes.
- If you change your email address, a confirmation message is sent to the new address. Click the link in the message for the new email address to take effect. This process ensures system security.
- Save your changes.
IMPORTANT: Besides all the default required fields, you also need to fill out "First Name" and "Phone" fields.
UPDATE: Pacific College has moved into Skype for Business in 2018. If your account still has the previous phone number and extension, please update them accordingly.
