If you need help resolving a problem in Salesforce, you can grant login access to your account to the Salesforce administrator in your company. In this way, the administrator will be able to log in as you and check the issue you have experienced.
Here is how to do it:
- Log in your Salesforce account.
- Click your account picture on the top right corner, then click "Settings".
- Click the "Grant Account Login Access" option on the left side menu.
- Find the row of "Your Company's Administrator", then select the Access Duration for 1 Year.
- Click "Save".
