How to Process the SAP Calculation in Campus Vue

    August 30th, 2021

    1. Navigate to Daily>Academic Records>Satisfactory Academic Progress.

The first page of the SAP wizard (Satisfactory Academic Progress Calculation) is displayed.

    2. To calculate for all students, leave the Student fields blank. Select the term. Click Next.

To calculate for a single student, use the search button to select student. Select the term. Click Next.

    3. The second page of the SAP wizard lists all students that are evaluated in the SAP calculation. A check mark in the SAP column indicates that the student meets SAP requirements. If there is a blank box in that column, the student does not meet SAP requirements.

When you click the area to the left of a student name that has "failed" SAP (has not met SAP requirements), all reasons for "failed" criteria will appear in the box below the list of students.

    4. Click Print to print the SAP calculation results. To filter results, select a status from the Filter Printout By SAP Status before you click Print.

    Select Preview.

    5. Save as PDF and export to Excel to send to VP of Financial Aid.

    6. If you choose to complete the SAP calculation process, click Finish. You will be prompted to confirm. (If you choose not to post, click Cancel.)
