    Logging in to Blackboard

Learn how to easily access your Blackboard account for online courses.

Navigating your institution’s learning management system is essential for effective teaching. For faculty members, logging into Blackboard is the first step toward accessing course materials, communicating with students, and managing academic responsibilities online. This guide provides you with two options that will walk you through the login process, ensuring a smooth start to your experience on the platform.

    Option 1

    Go to https://staffhub.pacificcollege.edu/

Click on the Blackboard icon at the top of your screen

A new tab will open to prompt you to log in.

Click on the Microsoft Login button

If you are logged into your Office account (through your Outlook email or other tools), it will automatically log you in. If not, the screen will prompt you to enter your username and password

If an “Approve Sign In request” message appears, you can choose to enter the code to your Outlook app. If the app is not available to you, click on “I can’t use my Outlook mobile app right now”.

This will provide you with additional identity verification tools. Select the one that works best for you.

Once the verification is complete you can choose to stay signed in if desired.

When the log in is complete, you will see your Blackboard Activity Stream which displays important announcements and updates for your courses.

Clicking on Courses will show the classes that you’re enrolled in and that are running at the time.
